2023 international conference on future communications and networks (fcn) aims to provide a forum that brings together international researchers from academia and practitioners in industry to meet and exchange ideas and recent research work on all aspects of future communications and networks. the first edition of this event, fcn 2023, will be held in queenstown, new zealand, on december 17-20, 2023. the conference will feature keynote speeches, invited talks, and five technical symposia.

1. registration policy

1) registration is required for all participants of fcn 2023.
2) for each accepted paper, at least one author is required to register at full registration in order for the paper to be included in the fcn 2023 proceedings and submitted to ieee xplore. the other authors can register at non-full registration.
3) for the same author with multiple accepted papers, one registration can at most cover two papers.
4) each accepted paper is limited to 7 pages with no charge for the first 6 pages and a charge of 50usd/380rmb for the 7th page.
5) full and non-full registrations are due on nov. 5, 2023. you must register your papers before uploading the papers.
