1. registration policy
- 1) registration is required for all participants of fcn 2024.
- 2) for each accepted paper, at least one author is required to register at full registration in order for the paper to be included in the fcn 2024 proceedings and submitted to ieee xplore. the other authors can register at non-full registration.
- 3) for the same author with multiple accepted papers, one registration can at most cover two papers.
- 4) each accepted paper is limited to 7 pages with no charge for the first 6 pages and a charge of 50euro/400rmb for the 7th page.
- 5) author full and non-full registrations are due on oct. 25, 2024. you must register your papers before uploading the papers.

3. registration benefits
all registrations include:
- 1) access to all technical sessions of the conference program, including keynotes, workshop, welcome reception, coffee breaks;
