the 4th working group meeting of 2010 was held in datang hotspring resort in hebei province from january 5th to 6th of 2011. this is the last working group meeting of 2010, on which the groups made conclusion on the work done in 2010.

in 2010, wg1 and wg2 paid special attention to the prospect of some advanced hotspots such as future internet and internet of things.

wg3 closely followed the new spectrum deployment in various countries, began to pay attention to the relative preparation for wrc-12 and wrc-16, and submitted “suggestions from future forum on the r&d of wireless mobile communication spectrum” to srrc.

wg4 has been discussing mainly on lte-advanced, stressing on mu-mimo pre-coding feedback optimization, carrier integration, mu-mimo technologies, tdd feedback mechanism.

operator representatives actively participated in the study of wg5, and brought new cutting-in points on opportunistic communication and qoe mechanism.

wg6 mainly focused on mtc and heterogeneous wireless network in 2010.

ipr group conducted corresponding trainings and instructions on the revision of implementing regulations of the patent law of the people'srepublic of china, and relative issues on technical r&d, patent application, patent infringement.

bwa group stressed on the research on pre-standardization and industrialized technologies in 2010. the technical framework and assessment measures of ubiquitous network based education informationalization system have been initiated and the application for relative standard r&d projects has been in preparation.
