according to the working plan of future forum in 2007, the third workinggroup meeting continue of to follow the progresses made in the compelizetion of the technical white paper of tach workinggroup. furthe i,provement was made to the contents and framework of the white papers and paper preparation was made for the expert assessment that will be held in novembler and the publishment of the white papers at the end of 2007.
in addition, the representationes from the forum members held a heated discussion on the articles previousely submitted. and then the contents and tasks for the next workinggroup meeting were conformed as well.
